In this key role within the People & Culture team, you will work closely with HR leaders and internal clients to create impactful development initiatives. Your expertise in onboarding and training will play a vital role in fostering employee growth across their careers. Responsibilities include consulting with HR Business Partners, developing skill-enhancing programs, and measuring their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with HRBPs to assess training needs

• Identify and implement learning opportunities for staff

• Design comprehensive training programs organization-wide

• Collaborate with management on skills development

• Oversee Academy programs including resources and curricula

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Resources

• 8+ years of experience in learning and development

• Proven track record in training program development

• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels

• Bilingual in English and French for effective communication
