Key Responsibilities:
• Craft eLearning modules and virtual training experiences
• Lead the design of learning materials and outlines
• Employ instructional frameworks to achieve measurable outcomes
• Coordinate the L&D project management process
• Innovate with AI-enabled tools in learning tech
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Learning or HR roles in corporate environments
• Proficient in instructional design software and tools
• Excellent multitasking and deadline management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
