Title: Senior Curriculum Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and manage academic programs and curricula in alignment with the University’s academic strategy and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the revision and development of new academic programs, majors, and course structures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Organize and manage academic learning materials, including course syllabi, teaching materials, lecture slides, and question banks.
  • Collaborate with Faculties and academic departments in developing and standardizing textbooks, reference materials, and course content.
  • Support quality assurance and accreditation activities related to academic programs and training operations.
  • Implement and monitor activities related to Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) and Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) assessment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on quality assurance, accreditation documentation, and public disclosure requirements.
  • Prepare reports, academic documentation, and supporting evidence for program review and accreditation processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for academic programs through research, benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; candidates with majors related to Educational Sciences, Curriculum Development, Education Management, or relevant fields are preferred.
  • Experience in curriculum development, academic affairs, quality assurance, or accreditation within higher education institutions.
  • Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience in a similar position within universities or colleges.
  • Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), AUN-QA, MOET standards, or international accreditation frameworks is an advantage.
