Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Teacher Quality Assurance who will support the Teacher Quality Assurance function by coordinating session audits, conducting self-audits, tracking teacher performance, managing auditor allocation, and supporting teacher feedback loops.
This role is ideal for someone who understands online teaching, session quality, student engagement, and academic delivery. The person will work closely with auditors, teachers, training teams, and academic operations to ensure consistent quality across live and recorded sessions.
A background in teaching, academic auditing, Math, Coding, or SME work will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Coordination: Assign and track daily/weekly audits (prioritizing new teachers, escalations, low performers, demos, paid sessions)
- Session Auditing: Evaluate sessions on concept clarity, engagement, questioning, communication, and delivery
- Teacher Feedback: Share actionable feedback, run performance reviews, create improvement reports, track progress
- Auditor Management: Coordinate freelance/internal auditors, check submission quality, support calibration
- Quality Improvement: Spot recurring gaps, support RCA, maintain checklists/templates
- AI Calibration: Share audit insights with Product team to refine AI teaching models
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Training, Ops, Live Ops, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- 2–4 yrs experience in EdTech, teaching, quality, or training coordination
- Bachelor’s degree required (B.Ed/M.Ed/Math-Coding certs a plus)
- Strong observation, feedback, and communication skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for trackers & reports
- Math/Coding teaching or SME background preferred
