We are looking for SEN Teachers of Primary aged children to join our new school in the Long Eaton (NG10) area. You will be working with children aged 5-19 in a specialist SEN environment.
Meadowbrook School is a brand-new, independent specialist day school providing high-quality education for up to 80 pupils.
Located in Long Eaton, Nottingham, the school will meet the diverse needs of pupils aged 5-19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Refurbishment is underway, with completion scheduled for late summer.
We provide a holistic, bespoke curriculum with rich learning opportunities that enable young people to develop their functional life skills in order to experience a high quality of life.

- QTS or QTLS Qualification
- Have proven teaching and learning experience
- Have up‑to‑date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
The ideal candidate should:
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner.
- Have the energy, passion, and drive to raise standard.
- Have initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills.
- Have experience of working with students with SEMH and additional needs.
- Have knowledge and understanding of developments in education.
