Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Secondary School Teacher at CareerPath Africa – Online College & University. The teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, teaching and engaging students in various subjects such as Mathematics, and ensuring that the curriculum aligns with established educational standards. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment to help students excel both academically and personally.
Qualifications
- Qualified teacher certification and proven experience in secondary school teaching
- Strong skills in lesson planning and subject-specific expertise, especially in Mathematics
- Effective communication abilities to engage students remotely and foster learning
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching
- Ability to adapt to diverse learners and provide individualized support
- Commitment to upholding high educational standards and fostering student success
- Experience in online teaching environments or familiarity with virtual learning tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field
