We are looking for a School Leader for a private early childhood education organization in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel, North Carolina area. This role will drive enrollment growth, improve overall school performance, and lead day-to-day operations.

Day to Day:
- Oversee school operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Drive enrollment growth through tours and community engagement
- Manage budgets and labor planning
- Coach and develop teaching staff
- Build relationships with families and the community
- Step into classrooms as needed to support coverage
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulations
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in education or childcare
- Early childhood education experience
- Associate’s degree required
- NC Director qualification or ability to obtain
Plusses:
- Preschool Director or Assistant Director experience
- Strong background in enrollment growth and retention
- Experience working with infant through pre-K programs
Compensation:
Salary: $65,000 to $95,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
