Job Description / Responsibility
Pingu`s English Cumilla, a UK-based preschool and a global leader in early years education. is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Cumilla campus.
We are seeking a passionate educator who can deliver engaging, play-based lessons in an interactive English environment. In addition to teaching, the successful candidate will oversee the implementation of the curriculum, mentor teachers on lesson planning and classroom management, and ensure age-appropriate development milestones are met.
The role also requires leading and monitoring day-to-day campus operations, managing communication with parents, and handling community coordination.
School Coordinator/Senior Teacher (Senior Leadership Role)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor`s degree (Education/Management preferred).
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School,Kindergarten
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in senior academic/administrative roles.
- Excellent fluency in English (spoken & written).
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, marketing and day to day operation skills.
- Experience with international preschool/early childhood education standards will be an advantage.
