Role Description
The School Coordinator for ICSE & ISC will oversee academic and administrative activities related to these sections, ensuring smooth functioning of schedules, examinations, and curriculum delivery. Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with students, families, and staff.
- Background in Education, with experience in school coordination, teaching, or academic administration, preferably in ICSE/ISC schools.
- Experience in Youth Development, including mentoring, student counselling, and supporting learners’ holistic growth.
- Demonstrated Educational Leadership skills, such as team coordination, academic planning, and implementation of school policies.
- Ability to design and deliver Training for teachers and staff, including orientation, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; formal training in school administration or leadership is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with CISCE regulations and examination processes is a must.
