We are seeking an experienced and engaging SAT English (Reading & Writing) Tutor to join our growing team of educators. If you have a strong background in SAT preparation, a proven track record of helping students improve their scores, and a passion for teaching, we would love to hear from you. About the Role As an SAT English Tutor, you will work with high school students preparing for the Digital SAT, helping them develop the reading, writing, grammar, and test-taking skills necessary to achieve competitive scores. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one and/or small-group SAT Reading & Writing lessons.
- Develop personalized study plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses.
- Teach SAT-specific strategies for reading comprehension, grammar, rhetoric, and vocabulary in context.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Assign and review practice exercises, homework, and mock tests.
- Help students build confidence and improve their performance under timed condition
Requirements
- Proven experience teaching SAT Reading & Writing (Digital SAT preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAT question types, scoring, and test strategies.
- Excellent command of English grammar, writing, and reading comprehension.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience working with international students is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to teach remotely.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, or English Language tutor.
- Demonstrated record of helping students achieve significant score improvements.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
