About The Role

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Admission Counsellors to guide prospective parents and students through the admissions process for our online schooling programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional presence during virtual meetings, and the ability to build strong relationships with international clients.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment focused on Gulf/UAE and international markets, with flexible working hours aligned to different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to engage prospective students and parents.
    • Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, teaching methodology, accreditations, fee structure, and academic offerings.
    • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic solutions based on their educational goals.
    • Conduct professional virtual counselling sessions, webinars, and online admission meetings through Zoom or Google Meet.
    • Build strong parent and student relationships through consultative and community-led engagement approaches.
    • Drive lead nurturing, follow-ups, and admissions conversions through consistent communication.
    • Use CRM tools to track leads, maintain accurate records, schedule follow-ups, and monitor conversions.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to share insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and community engagement opportunities.
    • Stay updated on international education trends, competitor offerings, and internal program updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual skills will be an added advantage.
    • Strong presentation skills with confidence in handling Zoom/video counselling sessions.
    • Proven sales, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Experience working with GCC, ANZ, East Asia, or African markets is highly preferred.
    • Must-have experience in community-led growth, parent engagement, referral-driven outreach, or relationship-based admissions models.
    • Candidates with only paid acquisition or performance marketing exposure (Google/Meta-focused) may not be the right fit for this role.
    • Empathetic and consultative approach while handling parent/student concerns and objections.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, and Google Meet.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
    • Ability to work flexibly across different international time zones.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
    • 1-4 years of experience in admissions counselling, academic counselling, sales, customer engagement, or international student recruitment.
    • Prior experience in EdTech, online education, hybrid schooling, or international admissions will be preferred.
    • Experience handling Gulf/UAE or international student markets will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule & Shift Details

    • Flexible work timings aligned with GCC and international markets.
    • The shift window may range between 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (8 working hours per day).
    • 6 Days Working .
