Role Description
The Resident Principal will lead academic operations, mentor educators, and develop strategies to enhance learning experiences at NanoSkool. Responsibilities include curriculum development, performance assessments, fostering a startup mindset among students, and ensuring alignment with the organization's vision. The Resident Principal will act as a liaison between educators, students, and parents while managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience managing educators or educational teams
- Curriculum development and educational program planning capabilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with project-based learning, entrepreneurship education, and innovative teaching methods
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align academic initiatives with organizational goals
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for hybrid and online education, as well as administrative software
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Experience in educational innovation or startup environments is advantageous
