Rex.zone is hiring a full-time remote STEM Education Specialist to deliver high-quality online STEM instruction for learners in India. You will design standards-aligned lessons, teach live or asynchronous sessions, assess outcomes, and iterate curriculum using data in collaboration with curriculum, product, and QA teams.
What You Will Do
- Design standards-aligned STEM units, lesson plans, labs, and problem sets
- Teach and mentor students remotely (live sessions and/or recorded modules)
- Create hands-on projects (coding, electronics, robotics, applied math)
- Build formative and summative assessments, rubrics, and question banks
- Analyze learner data and engagement metrics to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with QA/content reviewers to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Maintain documentation and instructional artifacts; provide timely feedback
- Support academic integrity and safe online learning environments
Required Qualifications
- Mid-Senior experience teaching STEM and/or building curriculum in online or blended settings
- Ability to explain complex STEM concepts clearly and write high-quality instructional materials
- Proficiency with LMS and remote collaboration tools; strong communication across time zones
- Consistent availability for an ongoing full-time remote schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Python or introductory CS instruction experience
- Robotics or maker-style education background
- Learning analytics and accessibility practices familiarity
- Experience building scalable content for large cohorts
Compensation
Competitive hourly base pay: $30–$50/hr (USD).
