Jiwaji University, Gwalior, MP, India invites applications for Regular Teaching Posts from eligible and interested candidates
About- Jiwaji University Gwalior came into existence on May 23, 1964, through M.P. Govt. Ordinance no. 15 of 1963. Late Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, the then President of India, laid the foundation stone on 11th December 1964 at a sprawling campus of over 225 acres of land at Naulakha Parade ground. This was a generous contribution of Scindia family, in particular Kailashwasi Maharaja Shrimant Jiwaji Rao Scindia and late Rajmata Shrimati Vijayaraje Scindia. The institution was christened after the name of Kailashwasi Shrimant Jiwajirao Scindia as a standing memorial to his persona. The motto of the university is embedded in its logo Vidyaya Prapyate Tejah.

Eligibility/Qualification–
The qualifications and pay scales are as prescribed by the UGC Regulation 2018 and M.P. State Government respectively.
Reservation to SC/ST/OBC,category will be provided only to the candidates having M.P. domicile.
Job/Position Description-
Applications on the prescribed forms are invited from eligible candidates for the. following regular teaching posts in the University Teaching Departments. Minimum qualification for the post of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor will be as per UGC, New Delhi (vide UGC Regulations-2018) on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers in Universities and colleges vide notification no. No. 271] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 18,2018/ASHADHA 27, 1940 and as adopted by the University, from time to time.
How To Apply-
The application filled in the prescribed form with relevant documents duly attested copies of enclosures along with Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (for reserved post) of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “Registrar, Jiwaji University, Gwalior” should reach to the Registrar, Jiwaji University, Gwalior — 474011 on or before 30.04.2022 by 5:00 PM through registered/speed post only.
Application shall not be received by hand/courier. Incomplete application/application without enclosure/application received after,last date shall not be considered. University shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
