Position: Recreation Specialist Role at Lake Metroparks

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present diverse educational programs
• Lead outdoor recreation and natural history activities
• Help with summer camp planning and supervision
• Assist in facility rentals and customer service tasks
• Ensure safety and organization of program equipment
Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Background in teaching or working with children
• Preferred boating experience, including various watercraft
• Ohio Boater Education Course certification required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
