Secondary School, based in the Borough of Merton is seeking a driven RE Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2025.
Within the fantastic RE department, made up of experienced RE Teachers and ECTs, their focus is to impart students with a knowledge that goes beyond the classroom. They are encouraged to become informed and compassionate individuals with a broad range of knowledge that interlinks with every other subject.
The Head Teacher is keen to speak to experienced RE Teachers and ECTs, in order to find the most suitable candidate for the role. They are seeking a motivated and passionate educator to hit the ground running and uphold the school’s ethos and values, centred around

Full-Time, Permanent role – September 2025 start
MPS1 – UPS3 + TLRs (amount dependent on experience)
Based in the Borough of Merton PERSON SPECIFICATION
Must hold UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining
Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards (‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’)
Strong academic across the board including Degree, A-Levels and GCSEs (or equivalent)
A desire to make a positive difference to the academic and personal profile of students
Must be willing to listen to feedback and access CPD opportunities SCHOOL DETAILS
Impressive Progress 8 scores across the school
