Position: Quantitative Methods Lecturer Assistant Role
Elevate graduate learning in Quantitative Methods for Policy Analysis as a Sessional Lecturer Assistant. Assist with curriculum delivery, guide teaching assistants, and support student success from September to December 2026.

You will play a key role in the PPG
1004H-F course, aiding the lead instructor with syllabus development and material preparation. This position calls for a graduate degree in Public Policy with quantitative expertise and considerable teaching experience at the graduate level. You will enhance students’ analytical capabilities and foster an engaging academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist instructor with syllabus and deliverables development

• Lead teaching assistants for Unit 1 activities

• Provide weekly office hours for student support

• Prepare course materials, assignments, and tests

• Mark assignments and submit student grades

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Public Policy (MA preferred)

• Extensive professional policy practitioner experience

• Previous teaching experience at the graduate level

• Preference for candidates with Sessional Lecturer II or III rank

• Commitment to complete all marking by December 31, 2026
