Role Overview
Amity Global School, Gurgaon is looking for a passionate and adaptable PYP Facilitator – Floater Teacher to support teaching and learning across the Primary Years Programme (PYP). The candidate should be committed to inquiry-based learning and capable of working effectively across different grade levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide teaching support and classroom coverage across PYP grades.
- Facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Collaborate with homeroom and specialist teachers to ensure continuity of learning.
- Support classroom management and student engagement.
- Assist in lesson planning, assessment, and documentation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
- 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a PYP/IB or international school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and work across multiple classrooms and grade levels.
- Passion for holistic education and child development.
