We are currently seeking a passionate, student-focused, and results-driven PTE Lecturer to join our growing academic team.
About the Role
As a PTE Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality PTE Academic preparation classes while supporting students to achieve their target scores through structured learning, personalized feedback, and continuous assessment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PTE Academic classes in accordance with Pearson standards.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the latest PTE syllabus.
- Conduct speaking, writing, reading, and listening sessions using effective teaching methodologies.
- Evaluate student performance through mock examinations and progress assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual coaching to improve student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and student progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest PTE Academic examination changes and best practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course delivery and student success rates.
- Support students throughout their learning journey until examination completion.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience teaching PTE Academic, IELTS, OET, or other English proficiency examinations.
- Familiarity with Pearson PTE Academic scoring criteria.
- Experience using digital teaching platforms and learning management systems.
- Pearson certification or equivalent English language teaching qualifications will be an added advantage.
