– What You’ll Work On
Designing and facilitating gamified activities
Supporting workshops, community experiences, and learning programs
Observing participant behaviour and engagement patterns
Helping build psychology-driven experiences for children, youth, and adults
Researching learning, motivation, behaviour, and engagement
Assisting with event execution and participant management
Supporting operations during workshops and events when required
Creating activity manuals, reflection sheets, and learning resources
Ability to wear multiple hats and work closely with other departments

Is pursuing Psychology or a related field
Enjoys working with people
Can facilitate groups confidently
Has strong communication skills
Can adapt quickly in dynamic environments
Is comfortable multitasking across research, facilitation, and operations
Takes initiative and ownership
Enjoys experiential learning and community engagement

– This is not a traditional psychology internship focused on counselling or clinical practice. You will work at the intersection of psychology, gamification, education, community building, and event execution. If you’re excited by creating experiences rather than observing them, you’ll fit right in.
