Job Purpose
- Provide Training Support for Centre For Adults
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
- Supervise and assist individual, applying coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
- Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni, and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
- Maintain programme documentation, progress records, and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
- Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Passionate, proactive, and creative, with a desire to make a positive community impact.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working with clients with special needs.
- Candidate with administrative experience will be advantageous.
