Position: Program Mentor for After School Activities
BGC St. Alban’s Club is hiring a Program Mentor at Regal Road Public School to lead after school activities for children aged 4-12. Create a nurturing environment that fosters creativity and safety.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for mentoring children while organizing engaging programs and ensuring their safety. Your expertise will help facilitate activities in education, sports, and the arts. This position offers hours Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6 PM, plus occasional evening events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and organize group activities in a dynamic environment
• Ensure a safe atmosphere for all participants
• Create inclusive and fun experiences for children
• Handle administrative tasks like attendance efficiently
• Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with regulations
Requirements:
• Background related to child development
• Experience with children ages 4-12
• Strong skills in sports or arts
• Valid First Aid and CPR-C certifications
• Police Reference Check needed
