Role: Focus on early childhood education and daily care.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm | 40 hours/week | Live-out | No Hong Kong public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structured early education and age-appropriate activities
- Full English immersion during work hours
- Weekly education plan and progress report
- Ensure child’s safety, routine and wellbeing
- Regular communication with parents
Requirements:
- Work Authorization: HK Permanent Resident or HK-born (no visa sponsorship)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certification: Valid teaching qualification; infant/childcare certs (CPR, First Aid) a plus
- Experience: Early childhood education or private tutoring; international school background preferred
- Language: Native-level English
- Background: Clean criminal record
Compensation:
- HKD 50,000-80,000/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- 15 days annual leave (10 fixed at Christmas). Number of days can be discussed.
- Overtime: pre-approved only. Time off in lieu preferred.
- HKD 10,000/year medical contribution
- MPF, direct company contract
