Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

3. Staff Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

4. Student Development

  • Foster academic, social, emotional, and moral growth.
  • Promote discipline, inclusivity, and student welfare.

5. Parent & Community Engagement

  • Maintain strong communication with parents.
  • Conduct parent orientation sessions and PTMs.

  • Prepare and monitor the annual school budget.
  • Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for inspections and audits.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a relevant subject.
