GEMS- BISM (GEMS British International School of Madinaty) is seeking a passionate and qualified Primary Teacher to join our team for the Academic Year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with the British Curriculum and foster a supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Implement differentiated teaching approaches to ensure all students can succeed
- Use assessment data to monitor student progress and inform instruction
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leaders
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community
- Adhere to all school policies, including safeguarding standards
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or related field
- A recognized teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the British Curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student welfare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Passion for teaching and dedication to student success
