Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress where required
- Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom conduct effectively
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Work collaboratively with staff and support teams
Qualifications
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching in Primary settings (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Have a friendly, positive, and proactive attitude
- Be passionate about education and pupil development
- Can use initiative and adapt to different classroom environments
- Be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
