Doukas School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join its team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students.
- Apply modern, student-centered, and differentiated teaching approaches to encourage active participation and meaningful learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular and constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Integrate digital tools and educational resources effectively into everyday teaching practice.
- Work closely with school leadership, colleagues, and support staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Help foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Primary Education.
- Teaching qualification/certification, where applicable.
- Good command of English.
- Strong digital literacy and confident use of educational technology.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Additional Qualifications Considered an Asset:
- Previous experience in a school setting.
- Valid First Aid certification (ideally paediatric).
Personal Skills & Attributes
- Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and classroom management.
- A strong sense of professionalism, empathy, creativity, and educational integrity.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and active participation in the school community.
