Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Primary School Teacher at our Ambikapur location. The teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the curriculum, fostering an interactive and inclusive learning environment, and assessing students' progress through assignments and examinations. The role also involves collaborating with fellow staff, engaging with parents, guiding students in co-curricular activities, and participating in professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Strong Teaching skills with an understanding of primary school pedagogy
- Excellent Communication skills to engage students, parents, and peers
- Background in Education and a relevant teaching certification
- Ability to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students
- Experience in fostering an inclusive and interactive classroom environment
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools is a plus
- Experience in co-curricular activities or extracurricular program facilitation is beneficial
