Job Description
Our Client, Vajra Ankuram Kindergarten is Hiring Preschool Teacher & Grade 1 Teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of students.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of performance and attendance.
- Use creative teaching methods to encourage participation and active learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive discipline.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a love of learning and encourage students to develop confidence and independence.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; relevant teaching certification is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and child-friendly personality.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Previous teaching experience in preschool or primary levels will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory for Grade 1 teacher applicants.
- Experience as a teacher trainer, mentor, or facilitator will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to student success.
