Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at our Kolkata location. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering structured lessons, implementing an innovative curriculum, and fostering a nurturing learning environment for children. The role includes working closely with fellow educators to support children’s holistic development, encouraging social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Maintaining open and effective communication with parents and caregivers is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, with a focus on age-appropriate learning experiences
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with young learners, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with Kindergarten or preschool-aged children
- Passion for teaching, creativity, and the ability to inspire curiosity in young learners
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Prior teaching experience in an early childhood setting is an advantage
