Role Description
As a Preschool Teacher at Dibber International Preschool, Kankarbagh, Patna, you will focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for early learners. Your key responsibilities include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and developmentally-appropriate experiences, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and supporting holistic child development. You will collaborate with parents to build effective communication and ensure the progress of each child. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Patna.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored for young learners
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with Kindergarten education standards and practices
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in early childhood education
- Previous experience in preschool teaching or related fields is a plus
- Fluency in English and additional proficiency in local languages is advantageous
