Are you passionate about fostering academic excellence and shaping the leaders of tomorrow? Sanabil Learning Center in Elkridge, MD is searching for dynamic Child Care lead teachers and co-teachers for our Montessori-based preschool program.

Sanabil Schools was founded as a community-based preschool in 2021. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team for the upcoming 2024 Summer Camp and the 2024-2025 Academic School Year!
Job Qualifications:
Early Childhood Education teaching experience (1-2 years required)
Associates or Bachelors in teaching or Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Childcare certification (45-90 hours)
Strong sense of understanding of child development and love for children
Experience creating lesson planning and strategies
Understanding and Appreciation of Islamic Culture
Strong teacher/student – teacher/parent relationship
Excellent collaboration skills with others to enhance and support planning
Good classroom management skills
CPR and First Aid certification available
Job Duties:
Lesson planning and project-based curriculum development
Regularly assess students’ abilities, strengths, and growth potential
Adapt lessons to changes in class size and skill-level
Attend field trips and supervise lunch, recess / outdoor play
Communicate with parents about students’ progress and maintaining positive relationships
Classroom maintenance and general day-to-day tidying up
Creative-problem solving, collaboration with other teachers and staff
