FunsCool kindergarten network is opening new branches in Cyprus (Limassol) and Serbia (Belgrade) and inviting passionate, experienced English-speaking educators to join our international team!
Work environment
- Multilingual and international environment (English, Russian, Greek, Serbian)
Compensation&Benefits
- The salary Cyprus (Limassol) is €2200-2400 per month for working hours (from 8.00 to 18.00)
- The salary Serbia (Belgrade) is €1100-1300 per month for working hours (from 8.00 to 18.00)
- Possibility to enrol your child in kindergarten on preferential terms
Requirements
• Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or equivalent qualification
• Excellent command of English (native or near-native preferred)
• Experience working with children aged 1.5–7 years
• Strong communication skills with parents and colleagues
• Valid work permit or willingness to obtain one (Cyprus, Serbia)
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider team
• Maintain observation records and contribute to child progress assessments
• Participate in school events and professional development activities
