Responsibilities
- Teaching: Plan and teach age-appropriate lessons, manage the classroom, and keep a safe, fun learning environment.
- Parent Communication: Keep parents updated on their child's daily progress and behavior, handle queries, complaints and new enrollments.
- Staff Support: Help schedule, guide, and support staff members.
- Daily Operations: Assist with day to day operations, opening/closing the school and managing supplies.
Qualifications
Experience: Min. 2 years experience teaching & working in a licensed preschool or childcare center.
Education: Degree in Education or valid certifications in Early childhood development
Also Preferred Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get it)
Skills: Strong organizational skills, leadership potential, and comfort using basic computer programs or childcare apps.
