Work Hours: 8 hour shift (Monday to Saturday)
Position Overview
The Coordinator / Teacher is the operational and pedagogical backbone of Cucoon. This role requires a blend of professional salesmanship for admissions and active instructional leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Admissions & Marketing:
- Manage and respond to enquiries from all media including email, telephone, and walk-ins. Conduct detailed facility tours highlighting premises and specific learning activities.
- Maintain a detailed follow-up document with comments and specific reasons for denial of admission.
- Assist the Center Head in promotional engagements and marketing events outside school premises.
Teaching & Pedagogical Support:
- Provide teaching cover and lead classes as required to ensure continuous "New Age" instruction.
- Implement enquiry-based and play-led learning methods during classroom stints.
- Assist in creating and following lesson plans based on the British EYFS Curriculum.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their welfare, safety, and comfort.
