The Arthah School is looking for passionate, child-centric educators to join our team (Nursery- Grade 2). If you love creating joyful, inquiry-based learning experiences for young children we’d love to meet you.
Open Positions:
Pre-Primary Faculties/ HRT
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based, value-oriented lessons for young learners.
Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence.
Integrate activity-based learning, stories, rhymes, role-plays, and creative projects to build foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
Observe and document each child’s progress through portfolios, assessments, and regular feedback.
Collaborate closely with parents through interactions, meetings, and updates on child development.
Support school-wide events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
Maintain a safe, secure, and child-friendly classroom at all times.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline.
Professional pre-primary qualification: NTT / Montessori / D.El.Ed (Pre-Primary) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed preschool/ pre-primary setting (freshers with strong training may be considered).
Strong communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (additional languages an advantage).
Patience, empathy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and smart classroom practices is a plus.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
