Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Primary Educator (foundation to UKG) located in Gurugram. The Pre Primary Educator will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging lessons, creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and intellectual development of young learners. The role involves actively engaging with students, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with colleagues to implement best teaching practices and ensure a high standard of education.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and providing a structured learning framework
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Excellent Communication abilities to connect with young learners and collaborate with families and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring students using age-appropriate tools and techniques
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field is highly preferred
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Familiarity with child development principles and modern teaching strategies is an asset
