What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a Pre-K classroom with confidence and consistency
- Build and implement engaging, intentional lesson plans
- Create a structured, nurturing environment where children can thrive
- Prepare students socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and strong daily routines
- Communicate with parents in a clear, positive, and professional way
- Ensure compliance with all Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a preschool or Pre-K classroom (required)
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills
- Someone who is reliable, positive, and takes ownership of their classroom

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, education, and credentials, with strong opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
