Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Postdoctoral Fellow position located in Boston, MA. The role involves conducting advanced research, managing laboratory experiments, analyzing scientific data, and contributing to academic publications in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and teaching students or junior researchers, presenting research findings, and actively participating in the research community through conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including experiment design and equipment use
  • Strong capabilities in Research and Data Analysis to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Foundational knowledge in Physics and its application in research projects
  • Experience in Teaching and mentoring students or junior researchers
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for publishing and presenting scientific findings
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team
  • Previous publications in peer-reviewed journals are a plus
