Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placement activities, preparing students for recruitment processes, and building relationships with companies to enhance placement opportunities. Additional responsibilities include organizing career counseling sessions, conducting training programs, and offering educational guidance to help students align their skills and aspirations with market demands.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Campus Placement coordination and building industry connections
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students and potential employers
- Experience in Career Counseling to guide students in identifying and achieving career goals
- Ability to design and deliver Training sessions focused on skill development and interview preparation
- Experience in the Education sector or a similar domain
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with a variety of stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
