🎯 Key Responsibilities
Academic Research
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in philosophy or related disciplines
- Publish papers, articles, or thought leadership pieces in relevant fields
- Contribute to academic discussions, seminars, and research initiatives
- Support interdisciplinary research where applicable
Teaching & Lecturing
- Deliver lectures, seminars, or workshops (in-person or hybrid formats)
- Develop course materials, syllabi, and academic content
- Mentor students or junior researchers in academic development
- Foster critical discussion and analytical thinking in learners
Public & Intellectual Engagement
- Contribute to public talks, forums, or educational events
- Translate complex ideas into accessible formats for wider audiences
- Participate in panel discussions, conferences, or publications
- Support knowledge-building initiatives within the organization
🛠️ Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing abilities
- Academic research and publication experience
- Teaching, lecturing, or facilitation experience (preferred)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary or applied philosophy is a plus
- Strong intellectual curiosity and independent research capability
🎓 Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Philosophy or a related academic field (preferred)
- 3–10+ years of experience in research, academia, or teaching
- Strong academic writing and publication record (preferred)
- Experience in lecturing, tutoring, or academic mentorship
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid academic environment
