About the Role:
Euro International School is seeking a passionate and dynamic PGT English Faculty to teach English Language & Literature under the CBSE curriculum.
We are looking for an educator who goes beyond textbooks – someone who can build confidence, communication skills, and personality in students while ensuring strong academic outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a modern educator with strong classroom presence, capable of balancing discipline with approachability and delivering engaging, concept-based learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Grade 11th and 12th students as per CBSE curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with academic objectives
- Ensure strong performance in school assessments and board examinations
- Foster an engaging and interactive classroom environment
- Actively develop students’ spoken English and communication skills
- Conduct classroom activities such as debates, presentations, and group discussions
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with coordinators and academic team for curriculum planning
- Participate in school academic activities, meetings, and events
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in English (Mandatory)
- B.Ed qualification preferred
- Minimum 1 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes
- Experience teaching CBSE curriculum preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
