Global Academy Bangladesh is a premium language training and study abroad support center offering preparation for IELTS, PTE, and other international tests alongside consultancy services.
Position Overview
GAB is seeking experienced, energetic, and result-oriented IELTS and PTE Instructors to conduct high-quality preparation classes for students aiming for international study and migration. This is a part-time role with payment on a per-class basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured classes for IELTS Academic/General and PTE Academic candidates.
- Deliver training across all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests aligned with current exam formats.
- Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback and improvement plans.
- Conduct regular mock exams and speaking assessments.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and performance tracking.
- Support students with exam strategies, time management, and confidence building.
- Coordinate with the academic coordinator for schedules and batch planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of proven experience teaching IELTS and/or PTE.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated track record of helping students achieve target band scores.
- Familiarity with latest IELTS and PTE exam patterns and scoring criteria.
- Ability to manage both physical and online classes.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certified IELTS/PTE trainer (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with mock test evaluation and speaking interviews.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and digital teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Professional, punctual, and student-friendly attitude.
Compensation
- Payment per class (rate to be discussed during interview based on experience and expertise).

Working Schedule
- Flexible class timings (morning/evening/weekend batches).
- Minimum commitment as per assigned batch schedule.
