Position Summary
The Department of Nutrition and Food Science at the School of Arts and Sciences, Lebanese American University, is seeking applications for a part-time faculty position in Nutrition, Food Science, Biostatistics, and/or Public Health. Candidates must hold a PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Biostatistics, or Public Health from a recognized institution and have at least five years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in teaching graduate courses.

- A PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Biostatistics, Public Health or a closely related field from a well-recognized University.
- Experience in successful teaching Nutrition, Food Science, Biostatistics, or Public Health courses for at least five years.
- Non-academic professional experience in Nutrition, Food Science, Biostatistics, Public Health or a closely related field for at least five years.
