Your role will include monitoring the application of learned skills, aiding competency assessments, and utilizing diverse training methods, such as coaching during real-time scenarios. Evening and weekend shifts may arise based on training demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement training programs for EMS staff
• Assess competency through practical evaluations
• Deliver simulations and e-learning objectives
• Provide ongoing educational support to EMS
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences
Requirements:
• ACP Advanced Care Paramedic program completion
• Valid ACP registration and practice permit
• Class 4 Alberta Operator’s Licence with demerit limits
• Current BCLS certification for healthcare providers
• F.A.R.E. test completion within six months
