Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver courses with best practices in adult education
• Update course materials and syllabi as needed
• Ensure content relevance and alignment with professional standards
• Create an inclusive learning environment for all
• Develop learning outcomes and alternative delivery methods
Requirements:
• Licensed Journey person in Electrician Construction or Industrial
• Experience mentoring in diverse industrial settings
• Post-secondary teaching experience is an asset
• Commitment to lifelong learning in the field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
