Reporting to the Associate Director of Student Accessibility, this role involves investigating student conduct complaints and facilitating conflict resolution. You will implement student success plans, recommend involuntary withdrawals, and collaborate with various stakeholders for holistic support. This position requires a strong understanding of mediation and mental health considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and manage non-academic student conduct complaints
• Utilize mediation and informal resolution techniques
• Recommend student withdrawal and develop return plans
• Collaborate with support services for holistic care
• Document and maintain accurate student records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of eight years in case management or related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution and policy application
• Training in restorative justice or mental health practices
• Understanding of administrative law and equity issues
