Key Responsibilities:
• Support lesson delivery alongside the Primary Teacher
• Lead group activities and drills as assigned
• Provide targeted assistance to new and struggling students
• Independently teach or substitute in the teacher’s absence
• Assist with attendance tracking and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years old with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Successful completion of mandatory background screening
• Ability to commit to regular weekly shifts
• Strong professional communication skills
• Experience supporting student engagement and behavior
