The Echo Pond Environmental Education Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Educator for the upcoming season. Working closely with the Lead Educator, you will conduct engaging activities such as shelter building and night hikes. This role suits those who love interacting with children while nurturing curiosity about nature.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hands-on learning during overnight field trips
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging programs
• Create an inclusive, curious atmosphere around sustainability
Requirements:
• Education or experience in Environmental Studies or similar
• Proven ability or enthusiasm to work with children
• Enjoyment of outdoor activities in a natural setting
• Fundamental understanding of ecology and sustainability
• Valid First Aid Certificate and a Criminal Record Check
