Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching subject-specific areas or specialized academic disciplines
- Strong communication skills, particularly in a virtual teaching environment
- Experience in developing lesson plans, preparing materials, and assessing student progress
- Technological skills, including familiarity with virtual classroom tools and platforms
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive online learning environment
